Golden Age Club - 2pm - St Pirans Hall, Goldsithney. (Every other Monday).

Zumba - 6.15pm - Hayle DayCare Center 

Tuesday

Zumba Gold - 9.30am - Marazion Community Centre 

Chair Zumba - 11am - St Pirans Hall, Goldsithney (a chair based class for those with less mobility). 

Wednesday

Zumba - 6.15pm - St Piran's Hall, Goldsithney

VeraFlow - 9.30am - Hayle Daycare Centre (over 60's)
Chair Zumba - 11am - Hayle Daycare Centre 

Friday

Chair Zumba - 11.15am - St Thomas Church Heamoor 

Saturday 

VeraFlow - 9.30am - Praa Sands Community Centre


When the weather is nice some classes will be held outdoor.s.
