Catherine CampbellDance, Movement & Wellbeing Welcome. I teach dance-led movement classes with yoga influence, strength, mobility and breathwork. My sessions are designed for real people with real bodies — beginners, returners, nervous movers, stiff joints, low confidence, and anyone who just wants to feel better in themselves. My classes range from joyful Zumba and Flow & Stretch Dance Yoga to chair-based dance fitness for older adults or those with limited mobility. You don’t need to be fit, flexible or coordinated to join in; you just arrive as you are, and we move from there. My intention is simple:I like to see people smile, feel lighter, and forget their worries for an hour.
