About Me
Hi, I'm Catherine Campbell and I love teaching Zumba. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you'll see what I mean. You do not even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy! Currently, I am licensed to teach Zumba basic, Zumba Gold and Zumba Sentao. I am also a qualified Body Jam (Les Mills), Aerobic, Gym and Circuits Instructor and have a First Class Honours in Sport Science. As well as teaching Zumba, I am a Sports Lecturer and Trampolining Coach (another interest of mine as I was a Gymnast for ten years). But i have to say I enjoy teaching Zumba the most :-) it does not even feel like a job, its just like going to one big family party and makes me feel so relaxed and alive.
